Talk to the person who built it
There is no sales team and no support tier. Both buttons on this page reach the same person: the engineer who wrote Reserva and runs a Texas RV resort with it every day.
Option one — just try it
See it against your own park
Bring a month of your real bookings and rent roll. If Reserva does not handle them better than what you are on now, that is a useful answer too. A fair first hour looks like this:
- Create the park and add your sites — FHU, pull-through, tent, whatever you rent.
- Enter this month's rent roll — your monthly guests, their rates, their anchor days.
- Post a meter read and watch the charge price itself at your rate.
- Pull the export and check the math against your own books.
No credit card. No setup fee. Nothing auto-converts when the 14 days end.
Option two — write first
Hidden Lake RV Resort · Pinehurst, TX — the park Reserva runs
Before you write
Where Reserva stands today
You are early, and pretending otherwise would be the wrong way to start a relationship that involves your rent roll. So, plainly:
One park runs it
Hidden Lake RV Resort — the Texas park its engineer operates. Reserva bills its rent, reads its meters, and runs its staff every day. That is the entire customer list, and it is a demanding one.
What that buys you
The person answering your email can change the code. Early parks are not ticket numbers — they are the operators the roadmap gets bent toward.
What you will not find here
Testimonials, review scores, customer counts. None exist yet, and we would rather show you the product than invent the proof. When other parks run Reserva, you will hear it from them.
Either way, you end up talking to an operator
Start the trial and email later, or email first and start the trial after — both roads lead to the same desk.
