Questions operators actually ask
What happens when the 14 days are up?
Nothing automatic. There is no card on file, so there is nothing to charge. If the trial earned it, pick a plan. If it did not, export your data and walk away — that costs you nothing and tells us something.
Do you take a cut of bookings or payments?
No. No per-booking fee, no percentage of your revenue, and no booking fee charged to your guests. Card processing is Stripe at Stripe's published rate, and Reserva adds nothing on top of it.
What counts as a site, a staff account, a guest record?
A site is a rentable spot on your rack. A staff account is a login for someone who works the park. A guest record is a person in your file — current, past, or applied. The limits are on this page and enforced in the code; there is no fine print behind them.
What if I outgrow my plan?
Move up to the next one. The price you move to is the price on this page — the published number, not a renegotiated one.
Can I get my data out?
Yes — full export, whenever you want, on every plan including the trial. A system you cannot leave is a system that can raise your price at renewal, and we would rather be kept than lock you in.
